COLONIA, NJ — April 13th — At a recent department event, Brianna Sanchez was sworn in as a new member of the Colonia Fire Department.
Sanchez started her duty as a volunteer after being officially welcomed into the agency. Swearing-in ceremonies for new hires are still a common practice in fire departments, signifying the beginning of training and operational preparedness.
