The Blandon Fire Department held a specialized training session on aerial high point rigging and operational best practices on March 24, 2026, under the direction of Tactical Resource Fire Training LLC.

After a classroom portion of the training, workers were able to apply ideas using Ladder 12 and department technical rescue equipment through hands-on evolutions. In order to strengthen skills and cooperation, members worked through several rigging configurations and finished the session with a whole scenario.

The department thanked the instructors for delivering a structured and practical program, adding that continued training remains key to maintaining safe and effective operations in the field.
