CLINTON, CT — April 14th — At a building on the corner of High and Central Avenue that was slated for demolition, the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department held destructive training.

With little manpower, crews worked through scenarios in the facility to mimic actual fireground situations. Stretching hose lines from the apparatus, masking up at the entrance, finding and putting out fires, and performing primary searches for victims were all part of the training.
