WATERBURY, CT — March 29th — After Brother Cramer of Bridgeport Firefighters IAFF Local 834 passed away, the Waterbury Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 1339 offered their sympathies. As an operational member of the Bridgeport fire department, Brother Cramer helped with daily station tasks, emergency response, and fire suppression. His consistent presence on calls and his participation in the union, which promotes firefighter safety, training, and workplace standards, were highlighted by members.

Because departments and unions in the area have tight working relationships, IAFF members throughout Connecticut continue to support one another during difficult times. In addition to supporting Brother Cramer's family and fellow Bridgeport members, the Waterbury Fire Fighters Association acknowledged his service.
