Canton, CT - The Canton Fire and EMS Department hosted a family information night for six new fire cadets and their families, offering an inside look at the department’s cadet program.

The event gave families the opportunity to tour Station One, try on firefighter bunker gear, and explore the department’s apparatus, helping them better understand the experiences and commitment involved in the program.

Department leadership has made revitalizing the Fire and EMS Cadet Program a priority, recognizing cadets as an important part of the department’s future and long-term membership development efforts.
