DEEP RIVER, CT — April 8th — A ladder truck drill centered on coordinated water flow operations between apparatus was carried out by the Deep River Fire Department. In order to replicate fire suppression from an elevated position, crews practiced providing water from one engine to the ladder truck while using the aerial master stream.
The exercise focused on pump operations, water supply management, and intercompany communication.
