Binghamton, NY - Members of the Binghamton Fire Department conducted hands-on training at the Sullivan Training Center, focusing on search and rescue techniques in a simulated fire setting.


Firefighters operated inside the structure under artificial smoke conditions, creating low-visibility environments to enhance their ability to locate and rescue victims.
