This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

Pine Valley, NY - Despite unseasonable spring snow showers, members of the Webb's Mills Fire Department remained committed to their weekly training. The challenging weather created a realistic environment for hands-on skill development, particularly benefiting our newer firefighters.

Training focused on pulling crosslays efficiently and operating a master stream, both essential skills as these members prepare for their upcoming BEFO course. The department continues to prioritize readiness and proficiency, ensuring every firefighter is equipped to handle real-world conditions.
