Three Departments Gather for Bowling Event in Leetsdale

On March 31st, members of the Leetsdale Fire Company, Big Sewickley Creek Fire Company, and Fair Oaks Fire Department joined for a collaborative team-building event at Fair Oaks Lanes.
A total of 28 firefighters attended the event, which allowed personnel of the three departments to connect outside of emergency situations. Department commanders stated that events like these serve to establish relationships and enhance coordination among crews who commonly collaborate on emergencies.
According to officials, the event is intended to promote collaboration within the fire district while also allowing members to create camaraderie in a relaxed setting.
