Elizabeth TWP ,PA - ETFD completed its annual ladder testing, conducted by the MISTRAS Group, as part of the department’s commitment to maintaining safe and reliable equipment. This comprehensive evaluation covers both the aerial ladder and every ground ladder carried across the apparatus fleet.

The testing process is designed to identify any structural deficiencies, stress points, or potential failures that may not be visible during routine inspections. Each ladder must meet strict certification standards to ensure it can be safely deployed during emergency operations.
