Members of the Deep River Fire Department gathered on March 14th for their annual banquet to honor years of service and member achievements.

The event allowed firefighters to spend time together while celebrating those who have made significant contributions to the department and community. According to department officials, the banquet also served as a reminder of the responsibility and privilege that comes with serving the town of Deep River.

Members reflected on the previous year and looked forward to the next year of service.

The department also welcomed residents interested in volunteering to stop by the station on Saturday morning to learn more about the organization and the many responsibilities available in the volunteer fire service.
