Alna, ME - On March 13, 2026, at approximately 08:34 hours, Alna Fire was dispatched to a report of a flooded basement in Head Tide. Five firefighters responded to the scene with Trucks 1 and 4. Upon arrival, crews established portable generator and pump operations to remove roughly 14 inches of water from the basement.

As a precautionary safety measure, Central Maine Power (CMP) was requested to disconnect electrical service to the residence. Power is expected to be restored once the water has been fully removed and the basement is deemed safe for entry.
