March 13, 2026 — The East Greenwich Firefighters Association IAFF Local 3328 hosted a Promotional and Swearing-In Ceremony at the East Greenwich Veteran Fireman’s Club, recognizing advancements in leadership and welcoming new members to the department. The ceremony highlighted the promotions of Deputy Chief David Gorman, Fire Marshal Michael Carreiro, Captains Edward Matola and Scott Beaudreau, and Lieutenants Matthew Masciarotte, Daniel Andrade, and Seth Archambault. In addition, new firefighters Kenneth Davenport, Francis Langlais, Matthew Lizotte, and Scott Hammond were formally sworn in. The event brought together department members, families, and community supporters to celebrate the achievements and dedication of those who continue to serve. Officials noted that such ceremonies reflect both the proud traditions of the fire service and the continued commitment to protecting the community through strong leadership and teamwork.
