BANGOR, NY — March 23rd — The Bangor Volume. Fire and EMS confirmed the death of former firefighter David Pickering. Pickering volunteered as a firefighter for both the department and the Bangor community. Members recognized him for his dedication and commitment to the department over the years. Pickering's family, friends, and fellow firefighters received heartfelt condolences from department leaders.
