Olive Firefighters Assist with Medevac Operation

On March 10th, firefighters from the Olive Fire Department Co. #1 Inc. aided the Shandaken Ambulance Service in a medical helicopter landing zone operation.
Olive firemen responded to help set up and protect the landing zone, while EMS staff readied a patient for transport. Members contributed to scene safety and worked with the flight crew to support the medevac mission.
