KENDALL, NY — March 3th — Members of the Kendall Fire Department EMS Division provided trauma training after Firefighter-EMT Gary Crawford stepped in to lead the class due to a last-minute schedule conflict with the original teacher.
Crawford volunteered to lead the session to guarantee that EMS staff received the scheduled training. The workshop focused on trauma response techniques and assisted members in practicing skills required during medical emergencies. Kendall Fire Department thanked Crawford for sharing his experience and helping ensure the training moved forward, supporting the department’s ongoing efforts to keep responders prepared to serve the community.
