DEPOSIT, NY — February 13th — The Deposit Fire Department honored Firefighter M. Schloss as part of its Firefighter Friday honors. Schloss has been with the department since 2022, working as an inside fireman with extra training as an Emergency Medical Technician.
He is a New York State Certified EMT who also works on the ambulance for Eastern Broome Emergency Services. In addition to his operational job, Schloss is a Fire Lieutenant and Vice President of the Deposit Fire Department Incorporation Board of Directors.
