RAVENA, NY — March 3rd — Ravena Fire Department members sailed aboard Rescue 26-40 to attend a propane emergency training workshop.

Coeymans Fire Company #1 hosted the seminar, which presented firefighters with knowledge on propane hazards, emergency response considerations, and safe operating methods while responding to propane-related accidents. According to department officials, training opportunities like these assist firemen broaden their knowledge and enhance the abilities required to properly manage specialized emergencies in their communities.
