In January, members of the Boston Volunteer Fire Department took time to strengthen camaraderie and community spirit, stepping away briefly from daily responsibilities to enjoy a team gathering while also continuing their commitment to service.

The department highlighted the importance of balance, noting that many members went the extra mile beforehand by helping clean out gutters around the community, reinforcing their dedication both on and off the fireground. The event served as a reminder that strong teamwork and morale are essential components of effective emergency response.
