Description: Make: 100’ LTI Simon Duplex Platform Truck Model: MZ-35100 Serial #: 8204718 VIN: 1S91F74A2V1020032 Year: Truck was rebuilt before BCFD purchased and titled as 1997, however the original manufacture date of the truck is actually 1986. Engine: Detroit Transmission: Allison 5 Speed Automatic Transmission Pump: Waterous 1250GPM Tank Water: 300 Gallons Seats 6: (Driver Seat, 3 SCBA Jump Seats, 2 fold down seats)

This apparatus is sold AS IS, it has been deemed out of service by multiple aerial ladder testing companies and has not been started in over a year. The apparatus went out of service in 2015 after being ladder tested and x-rayed, failing both tests. The ladder portion of the apparatus is not usable for fire safety in current condition. Multiple other concerns include the electrical and the air system systems. Last time this was operated was for a ceremonial event in 2016 in which the truck started and drove without issue, it has been parked since. Currently the front passengers tire also needs immediate repair before being able to move. Last Fire Pump Test was performed in 2014, which it passed. It is unknown if it would still pass pump inspection. Multiple other concerns including the cable for the aerial ladder and hydraulics, along with minor damages throughout the truck exist.
