While responding to a brush fire, Shift Commander Jackson Warren was fatally injured when the fire apparatus he was driving ran off the right side of the road and overturned. Shift Commander Warren was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another firefighter who was also injured in the incident was treated and released by a local hospital.
