Union Township, N.J. — December 5 — After responding to a recent structure fire in Bethlehem Township, the Pattenburg Volunteer Fire Company Station 25, situated at 513 County Route 614 in Asbury, finished post-incident maintenance on Tender 25.

By replenishing an inground swimming pool that served as a water source throughout the incident, Tender 25 supported fireground operations. The mission involved Farino and Boetch, who are presently engaged in Firefighter I training, as well as firefighters Jay and Tyler Narbonne, Mazewski, and Kimmick. After getting back to their accommodations, the team thoroughly cleaned and inspected the equipment. Tender 25 was cleaned, examined, and put back into operation thanks to the work. Maintaining Station 25's equipment on a regular basis is still essential to preparing it for future emergencies.
