This year, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire contributed to the Toys for Tots initiative, which helped children in the area get Christmas support. Firefighters received slightly more than $12,000 in donations than they did the previous year. The money was then utilized by the crew to buy gifts and load two fire engines, which they subsequently delivered to Robinson Town Center for the yearly Stuff the Bus event. In support of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, 96.1 KISS-Pittsburgh organized the event. Four school buses were stocked with presents for local families thanks to contributions. Additionally, department representatives expressed gratitude to Ollie's for offering a discount that maximized each gift.
