Neville Island Volunteer Fire Department members participated in a Christmas outreach program to provide meals to underprivileged families in the neighborhood. The Moon Township Fire Department and the Coraopolis Fire Department collaborated on the project. Crews collaborated to make sure households had access to necessary food supplies throughout the Christmas season. Departments were able to contact several families thanks to contributions and volunteer help from the community. The collaboration highlighted the strong partnership between local fire departments and their shared commitment to serving residents beyond emergency response.
