After Charjae Brock accomplished a significant milestone in her fire service career, members of Monroeville Fire Department Company 5 acknowledged her. Firefighter Brock obtained her Black Shield interior firefighter certification after passing the ProBoard Firefighter I skills test and finishing the Essentials of Firefighting curriculum. These accomplishments enable her to work with other members during fireground operations as a fully licensed inside firefighter.
