On December 27th the Selden Fire Department was activated for a signal 13 (house fire). Chiefs quickly got on the road and had smoke in the area. On arrival of the chief he had a fully involved structure and quickly dropped the 13-35 (working structure fire). Crews responded in and found no one hurt and extinguished all fire. Crews went back in service within an hour later.
