After completing his Black Shield interior firefighter examination satisfactorily, Firefighter/EMT Carlos Wilhelm was honored by Monroeville Fire Department Company #5. With this achievement, he became a fully trained interior fireman, enabling him to work with other personnel during inside fireground operations.
