Haddonfield, NJ — December 2 — To acquaint members with the department's recently acquired self-contained breathing apparatus, Haddon Fire Company No. 1 conducted training. Practical SCBA use in emergency situations, such as situations necessitating the rescue of a downed or distressed fireman, was the main focus of the workshop. Before using those abilities during practical evolutions, members studied air management features, equipment components, and emergency protocols.
