ULSTER, NY - At 6:40 P.M. on December 21, 2021, Ulster Hose Co. #5 along with Mobile Life Support ambulance responded to Route 28 for a car versus pedestrian accident. Upon arrival emergency personnel found a severely injured person on the side of the highway, who was pronounced deceased at the scene. Ulster County Sheriffs and New York State Police are investigating the incident.
