Larksville Fire Department units were dispatched during the early morning hours of December 12, 2025, for an EMS assist call in the borough. Incident 2025-363 was reported at approximately 1:20 a.m., with Engine 2, Ambulance 554, and Medic 2A responding and operating on scene.
