Marshalls Creek VFC Welcomes Dr. Ashley Woodrow as Medical Director

Dr. Ashley Woodrow of St. Luke's Health Network has been appointed as the new Medical Director of the Marshalls Creek Volunteer Fire Company. This position will assist emergency personnel as well as the larger Marshalls Creek community. With a professional focus on assisting frontline responders and bolstering community-based emergency services, Dr. Woodrow provides experience in both military medicine and prehospital emergency care. In her new position, she will mentor EMS providers, oversee medical care, and collaborate closely with department volunteers.

Her leadership will assist the EMS division in continuing to grow and uphold high standards of patient care, according to department officials. It is anticipated that Dr. Woodrow's appointment will improve clinical guidance, training, and general readiness. Dr. Woodrow was greeted by Marshalls Creek Volunteer Fire Company, which expressed confidence that her leadership will benefit communities and responders for many years to come.
