The veteran Medical Director of St. Luke's Health Network, Dr. Peter Favini, will soon retire, the Marshalls Creek Volunteer Fire Company said. As Marshalls Creek EMS's Medical Director for over 20 years, Dr. Favini gave generations of EMS professionals medical supervision, direction, and support. His dedication and leadership improved the department's emergency medical services program and shaped the standards of patient care it provided. According to department officials, Dr. Favini's empathy, expertise, and consistent presence were crucial in helping responders and the community they serve. Both present and past members have been profoundly impacted by his contributions.
