At at 12:30 p.m. on November 29, the Marshalls Creek Fire Company was called to a reported car accident with injuries on Interstate 80 westbound near the toll booth. Units discovered a three-vehicle collision when they arrived on the site at the same time as Command 29 and Command 26. Crews evaluated the situation and verified that there were just minor injuries. Suburban EMS assessed, treated, and transferred one patient to a nearby trauma facility for additional medical assessment.

Together with EMS, firefighters helped with scene safety and coordination until the situation was under control. Units were cleared and put back into operation after patient care and scene management were finished. On-site units: 29 Command
