Members of the Philadelphia Police Department and Fire Department collaborated on a holiday outreach event in the city on December 20. Officers from the 24th District of the Police Department joined Ladder 22 on the Christmas Express. Children in the area received gifts and holiday happiness from firefighters and police officers. Santa helped promote a positive message throughout the neighborhood by going with the group to the event. Officers made sure the festive atmosphere persisted, and the Grinch's arrival brought some lighthearted fun.
