227 Truck was sent to 1145 Foxhill Drive in Monroeville on December 6, just after 4:00 a.m., due to a reported apartment fire. When units arrived, smoke was coming from an apartment on the third story.

After arriving on the site, Truck 227 was tasked with helping Truck 192 with airborne operations. Crews from several firms worked on the spot to contain the fire and determine whether it could be extended. In about half an hour, the situation was under control. 196CHF was in charge of the incident. 196 engines, 194 engines, 193 engines, 195 engines, 192 trucks, 227 trucks, 236 trucks, and 229 engines were among the units in operation.
