A-EMT/Firefighter Bill Brown was certified as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician by the National Registry. Throughout the program, Brown completed over 400 hours of training, which included clinical hospital rotations, classroom instruction, and extra patient contact time while working on EMS units. The certification enhanced the department's advanced prehospital care skills and was a major turning point in Brown's ongoing professional development. His education placed a strong emphasis on advanced therapies, patient assessment, and practical clinical practice.
