December 9, 2025 — The City Hook and Ladder Company responded as Company 14 to assist the Chief Logan Volunteer Fire Department with a gasoline spill from a vehicle in the parking lot of Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
Crews worked to mitigate the hazard and ensure the area was made safe for hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Captain 42 held command of the incident while operations were conducted.
No injuries were reported, and the scene was stabilized without further incident.
