December 4, 2025 — At approximately 2:15 a.m., Station 90 of the Valley Township Fire Department was alerted to a vehicle fire near the intersection of Route 54 and Bush Road in Derry Township.
Rescue 97 responded with a crew of six and assisted Station 80 with overhaul operations and traffic control. Crews worked to ensure the fire was fully extinguished and the roadway was made safe before returning to service.
