Nov. 10, 2025 — Ronks Fire Company provided a fire safety standby Friday evening at The Barn at Silverstone, where a fireworks display was held as part of a wedding celebration. A small crew along with Utility 1 was dispatched to the venue to assist a licensed fireworks company, ensuring the event was conducted safely and in accordance with fire prevention practices.

Fire company officials noted that while emergency response is a core mission, community support and fire safety education are equally important roles. Crews remained on scene throughout the display, monitoring conditions and standing ready in the event assistance was needed. No incidents were reported, and the evening concluded safely. Ronks Fire Company extended congratulations to the newly married couple and wished them a lifetime of happiness.
