December 7, 2025 — Members of the Black Rock Volunteer Fire Company extended a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who came out to see Santa ride through neighborhood streets aboard a fire truck and to families who stopped to take photos during the holiday event.
Firefighters said the smiles, excitement, and holiday spirit shown by the community made the day truly special. Special appreciation was also shared with Santa Claus, who spent the entire day with the department despite his busy holiday schedule, helping create lasting memories for local families.
The department also recognized several generous food sponsors who supported crews throughout the long day, including Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, and Mission BBQ. Members noted that this support played a key role in making the event possible.
Black Rock Fire Company thanked the community for its continued support and for helping make the Santa ride a magical and memorable experience for everyone involved.
