December 6, 2025 — Members of the Wilkins Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 provided event support this evening during Wilkins Township’s Light Up Night at Penn Center, helping ensure a safe and festive arrival for Santa Claus.

While only half of the firefighters assigned to the detail were able to grab a photo with Santa, the remaining members worked behind the scenes, diligently monitoring and securing the fireworks area in preparation for the night’s finale. Their efforts helped keep the event safe for families and visitors throughout the evening.

The celebration featured hot cocoa, bundt cakes, and live music, creating a warm holiday atmosphere for the community. Fire company officials said it was a pleasure to support an event that brings residents together and kicks off the Christmas season with cheer.
