November 30, 2025 — The Bristol Borough Fire Association proudly provided event standby coverage for Bristol Borough’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Christmas Parade, ensuring a safe and festive kickoff to the holiday season.

BBFA volunteers were strategically staged throughout event areas and along the parade route, working in coordination with Bristol Borough Emergency Management, Bristol Borough Police, and EMS partners to maintain crowd safety and rapid emergency access. In addition to their standby duties, BBFA members also marched in the parade, celebrating with residents and supporting a beloved community tradition.

Crews assisted with incident response and monitored the event footprint to ensure families and visitors could enjoy the festivities safely. The association extended special thanks to Bucks County Emergency Management for providing resources used by the Borough’s Emergency Management team throughout the weekend.

BBFA leadership expressed appreciation both to the community for its strong turnout and to the volunteers who dedicated hours away from home to keep Bristol Borough safe during the holiday celebrations.
