On Teusday December 7th 2010 Leyden FPD responded to a structure fire at 1645 W. Grand Av. in Northlake at 1238 hours. On arrival units found fire showing from All Stars Gentelmans Club. The large wooden structure was quickly consumed by the fast moving fire. Command went to a MABAS box alarm followed by a second alarm. Temperatures where in the single digits and crews had to be rotated to keep warm. By late afternoon the roof and walls of the former adult entertainment club had collapsed and crews remained to mop up. the cause is under investigation.
