Providence, RI — November 30 —Canteen 1 of the Special Signal Fire Association arrived at Harris Avenue late on Sunday morning to assist firefighters battling a fire involving many Amtrak passenger rail carriages. The canteen crew responded to the call, recorded at 10:10 a.m. as Incident #25-357, to offer rehabilitation services to the responding staff.

During prolonged operations, Canteen 1 provides refreshments and assistance to improve firefighter safety and preparedness. While workers dealt with the situation and kept an eye out for any new dangers, the Providence Canteen collaborated with several agencies.
