Springfield Fire Rescue Spreads Safety and Smiles at Fall Festival Halloween Event

Nov. 1, 2025 – Springfield, Fla. | Springfield Fire Rescue — Springfield Fire Rescue spent Halloween evening serving the community at Springfield’s Fall Festival, bringing both safety and fun to the annual celebration. Firefighters engaged with families, handed out candy, and shared important fire safety tips while enjoying the festive atmosphere alongside residents.

Crews were on hand throughout the evening to support event operations and ensure everyone had a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience. Children and families had the opportunity to meet firefighters up close, take photos with Sparky the Fire Dog, and explore one of the department’s fire engines.

Springfield Fire Rescue expressed appreciation to the community for another successful Fall Festival and reminded everyone to continue celebrating responsibly. The department remains committed to keeping Springfield safe—on holidays and every day of the year.
