Derry, NH — November 11 — The Derry, New Hampshire Fire Department, located at 14 Manning Street, joined the community in commemorating Veterans Day and paying tribute to everyone who has served in the US military. The celebration honored veterans' commitment, patriotism, and selflessness in defending the nation and upholding the common good.

The department acknowledged firefighters who have also worn the uniform and offered heartfelt gratitude to veterans of the armed forces around the country. Firefighters observed that many veterans continue to serve by taking on emergency response responsibilities.
