Burlington Fire Recognizes Veterans Working in the Community

 The Burlington Volunteer Fire Department recognized Veterans Day by expressing appreciation for the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Department members noted that veterans demonstrate commitment to protecting the nation and supporting communities across the country.

Local firefighters also acknowledged that many veterans continue their service as first responders, bringing valuable experience and leadership to emergency operations. The department shared gratitude with veterans living in Burlington and throughout the region, thanking them for their dedication and contributions both past and present.

Burlington Volunteer Fire Department encouraged the community to take a moment to recognize those who have worn the uniform and the sacrifices made to support the freedoms enjoyed every day.
