Brentwood, NH — November 22 — A specialised training day on command and control operations on the fireground was held by Brentwood Fire & Rescue. Tim Robinson and Stephen Gallagher, the session's teachers, created realistic scenarios that were adapted to Brentwood's staffing and local response requirements. Improving collaboration and decision-making during complicated situations was the aim.

The "Tim Town" model, a scenario-based method used by fire and emergency medical services to practice tactical leadership and communication, was utilized to train crews. According to department leadership, the training enhances preparedness for a variety of events, promoting safer and more effective field operations. Realistic practice, according to members, keeps responders confident and ready to serve the community.
