Canton, CT — November 10 — During a structure fire last week, the Canton CT Fire and EMS Department made excellent use of our new Incident Command Board. This essential tool was made possible through a generous grant from Eversource and a donation from the Canton Lions Club.

The command board is a vital piece of equipment used during big catastrophes to ensure crew responsibility, track resources, and record critical event times throughout an operation. It's wonderful to see that this effort, which is sponsored by grants and donations, is already changing the field and improving our ability to serve our community.
