Barrow Fire Honors Long-Serving Personnel

On November 5, 2025, the Barrow County Fire Department celebrated a series of remarkable service milestones, recognizing the dedication and professionalism of several longtime members. The department highlighted the careers of Capt. Kevin Locke with 31 years of service, Capt. Aaron Fuller with 22 years, Sgt. Brian Brown with 24 years, Lt. Stephen Ricci with 13 years, and a group of committed four-year members including Lt. Wyatt Ouzts, Sgt. Chase Hunter, Sgt. John Park, Sgt. Austin Rhodes and Lt. David Rivera. The department expressed sincere appreciation for the contributions these individuals continue to make to the safety and well-being of Barrow County’s residents and visitors, noting that their commitment remains an essential part of providing dependable, high-quality service to the community.
